MHG partners with Wijaya Karya Realty for Anantara Ubud Bali Resort

Minor Hotel Group has formed a 50/50 joint venture with Indonesia-based PT Wijaya Karya Realty for the $41.4 million development of the Anantara Ubud Bali Resort. 

The third Anantara resort in Bali is slated to open in 2019 and will have 70 rooms and 30 Anantara-branded residences. 
 
MHG operates two Anantara resorts in Bali—the Anantara Seminyak and Anantara Uluwatu and an Anantara Vacation Club property. In addition, there are currently two further properties under development which will see the debut of MHG’s AVANI and Oaks brands on the island.

MHG has a portfolio of 145 hotels and resorts in 22 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Europe, South America, Africa and the Indian Ocean.
