
Noble Investment Group has acquired the Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill. The hotel is adjacent to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and UNC Health Care. The property will reportedly undergo a number of enhancements throughout the hotel.
"We are pleased to acquire this first class hotel which is prominently located in the midst of significant educational and medical demand generators," said Noble principal, Ben Brunt. "In addition to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, UNC Health Care, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, the city of Chapel Hill and the triangle-area are experiencing robust success as a live, work and play community."
The hotel has 169 guestrooms and suites, an indoor pool and spa, a business center and fitness center, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, free self-parking, and an outdoor fire pit within its food and beverage offerings for its guests. The Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill also offers more than 1,800 square feet of flexible meeting and board room space.
