North Dallas’ DoubleTree hotel has new owner

The DoubleTree Hotel at Campbell Centre on North Central Expressway has a new owner, reports The Dallas Morning News. Investor Black Forest Ventures bought the 300-room hotel tower in a deal brokered by HFF LP.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The 21-story hotel near North Central and Northwest Highway was built in 1980 and renovated in 2008.
