Ottawa Marriott sold for $115 million

InnVest Real Estate Investment Trust finalized its purchase of the Ottawa Marriott Hotel for $115 million.

The property is located in Ottawa's central business district and Parliament district. The hotel completed a series of updates over the last five years, and will have a direct connection to the city's Confederation Line Light Rail Transit network, which will be completed in 2018.

The full-service hotel has 489 guestrooms, more than 35,000 square feet of event space and a 130-seat restaurant.
