Paramount advises on Atlanta-area Drury Inn sale

Paramount Lodging Advisors advised on the sale of the Drury Inn and Suites Atlanta Northeast in Norcross, Ga. The 136-room hotel opened in 1997 and is 10 miles north of Atlanta's Buckhead District. Elite Hotel Management purchased the hotel and plans to rebrand it as a Hampton Inn.

PLA associates Joce Messinger and Adam Montufar exclusively represented the seller, DDC Hotels, Inc., of St. Louis. “Drury constructed an excellent product on the front-end, which made it an ideal candidate for reposition at sale.  This hotel in particular had multiple rebranding options available including Hampton Inn, so the buyer pool was very deep,” said Messinger.
