Peachtree Hotel Group announced the acquisition of the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport. This is Peachtree’s 23rd investment in Florida. The asset was purchased from its original developer and upon acquisition Peachtree assumed management. The hotel will be renovated and repositioned.
The Hampton Inn & Suites is located adjacent to the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and is within five miles of downtown Sarasota. This is the first hotel in Sarasota and the first Hampton Inn in the United States to earn LEED certification with a Silver rating.
