Waramaug Hospitality and Interstate Hotels JV acquires Hilton Concord Hotel

Private investment group Waramaug Hospitality, along with Interstate Hotels & Resorts and an alternate money management firm, acquired the 329-room Hilton Concord in Concord, Calif., from Interstate, which continues to remain an investor and operator of the hotel.

“The hotel is on the cutting-edge of technology and sustainability which we believe is key to its profitability." said Paul Nussbaum, Waramaug Hospitality’s founder and managing partner. The hotel has a high-efficiency laundry system, a Biodigester, 100-percent LED and high-efficiency lighting throughout, along with many other back-of-house and front-of-house sustainability features.

The hotel will remain a Hilton property and will continue to be managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
