Waramaug purchases Milwaukee Comfort Suites

1Private investment group Waramaug LS Hotels has acquired the 120-room Comfort Suites Park Place in Milwaukee. This is Waramaug's fifth acquisition in the last six months. Hospitality Funding advised on the sale.

The hotel is located minutes from the Milwaukee County Zoo and a short drive from attractions including Menomonee Falls, Marquette University and the Milwaukee River Walk, which connects the city’s many waterfront neighborhoods.

“The hotel has strong investment potential, located in a market ripe with demand generators,” said Craig Nussbaum, Waramaug LS Hotels’ VP. “We continue to pursue high quality assets under strong brands in vibrant markets such as Milwaukee.”
