With 20 years of experience in the global lodging industry, Martin leads the enterprise business development team for North America. He joined Entegra after building Hilton Supply Management’s Customer Engagement and Business Development team. Martin has an abundance of hospitality knowledge including being an operator of luxury and ultra-luxury properties from such brands as Ritz-Carlton, Capella hotels and Hilton. He also has experience in performance improvement and change management of underperforming portfolio assets.

Chris Green is President at Remington Hospitality a premier Hotel Management firm with more than 130 properties in the US and Caribbean. Previously, Chris was President & CEO of Chesapeake Hospitality until the merger of the two companies last year. He brings more than a quarter century of successful hospitality operations experience to the Remington team, including a decade in the field at various Chesapeake-managed properties. 

Green is a regular guest on the No Vacancy podcast and a frequent contributor to a host of different industry publications.

Justin Jabara

Justin Jabara is a third-generation hotelier representing the Meyer Jabara Hotel’s legacy of excellence in hotel management and ownership. Meyer Jabara Hotels is a respected 45 year old hospitality management company owning and operating a diverse portfolio of 301 branded and boutique hotels in 12 states.

After graduating from the prestigious Johnson and Wales Hotel Management program, Justin quickly moved into leadership roles at various branded properties throughout the eastern United States, including General Manager, Hampton Inn, Clinton, N.J. 

As Vice President of Business Development, Justin earned respect as a leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, filling the Meyer Jabara Hotels pipeline with new projects and innovative opportunities that helped grow the business east of the Mississippi and beyond. He has also led rebranding, renovation, and repositioning initiatives throughout the company. Today, Justin leads Meyer Jabara Hotels as President.

Koji Akaboshi

Koji Akaboshi joined Salamander Collection as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage in September of 2022 bringing a wealth of senior-level luxury hotel experience to the growing portfolio of properties, helmed by business leader Sheila Johnson. Akaboshi also currently serves as Interim General Manager at Salamander Middleburg, the company's flagship property in Virginia, and brings a global perspective to everything he touches, having overseen various types of operations around the world. Prior to Salamander Collection, Akaboshi served as General Manager at The Seagate Hotel and Spa, Delray Beach, FL, following over two decades in a range of positions with Four Seasons.

A global thinker with a hands-on approach, Akaboshi thrives on solving challenging problems while delivering exceptional tailored solutions for each location and situation. Born in Brazil to  Japanese parents and having spent his childhood in Chile and Ecuador, Akaboshi is fluent in English, Spanish, and  Japanese. He holds a B.S. in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Denver and a Master’s degree  in Hospitality Management from Florida International University.
