Dellisart picks up revenue management of 3 IHG hotels

Dellisart, a national hotel ownership, management and development company, has added three properties to its revenue-management portfolio. The three IHG Hotels & Resorts properties are the 81-room Candlewood Suites Plano North in Plano, Texas; the 106-room Candlewood Suites Houston North I45 Spring; and the 87-room Holiday Inn Express Lebanon in Lebanon, Tenn.

"Ownership groups are looking for a partner to help them with pricing, innovative ideas in sales and marketing, and assist in channel management to ensure they have the right strategy to maximize their return on investment," said Doug Artusio, Dellisart’s chairman and CEO. "We take a unique approach to revenue management and focus on communication and interaction with the hotel's management team. With over 20 properties in our revenue management portfolio, we are averaging about a 118 percent [revenue per available room] index year to date. Owners want a nonbranded solution to help them, and we are providing them with the ability to be able to do more than standard recommendations from a technology system."

Dellisart is certified as an approved revenue-management vendor with several major brands, including Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Choice Hotels International, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, IHG Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels Americas, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
