British lighting manufacturer Original BTC has launched its first-ever light produced in bone china in the U.S.
The multifaceted Hector line of lighting fixtures uses Original BTC’s slip-cast manufacturing techniques. The Hector Bibendum range, a colorful extension of the classic collection, was designed by Terence Conran to celebrate Original BTC’s 21st birthday.
Nine years later, the Hector Bibendum range has launched in the United States. Composed of the bone china shades for which Hector is known , the new range offers a twist on tradition with the incorporation of a layered shade and colorful, cotton-braided flex cable.
Available in a floor, table and wall light, in addition to three differently sized pendants, each model is adorned with a yellow, red or turquoise cable.
