The waterfront resort will begin operating under the Margaritaville flag in late January. The Margaritaville brand-management team will provide support to the existing management team and employees throughout the conversion.

The downtown waterfront resort includes oversized rooms and suites and is located one block from Duval Street and steps from Mallory Square, home to the Key West Sunset Celebration. The resort currently has more than 6,000 square feet of indoor function space and an oceanfront restaurant and bar. Also available to guests is the Spa at Sunset Key.
