Courtyard by Marriott Boston Andover renovation adds two Topgolf swing bays

Renovations to the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Andover are complete and feature a Topgolf Swing Suite with two interactive bays. The three-story, 146-room hotel added enhancements to its guestrooms, public spaces, bistro, exterior, landscaping, fitness center and meeting space. The hotel is owned by Clarion Partners and managed by Marriott International, Inc.

Courtyard by Marriott Boston Andover is situated on the banks of the Merrimack River, 30 minutes from downtown Boston, with access to Canobie Lake Park, the Tsongas Center, Phillips Academy, the Loop Mall, Merrimack College, Den Rock Place and Stevens-Coolidge Place.

“Our renovation reflects what Courtyard by Marriott guests have become accustomed to, [they are] designed to make our guests’ stay more efficient, comfortable and fulfilling whether they are visiting the area for business or pleasure,” General Manager Martin Horkan said in a statement.

Each of the hotel’s guestrooms were renovated to include bedding, new carpeting and furnishings, as well as functional workspace, spacious bathrooms, complimentary in-room high-speed internet and a mini-fridge. Other guestroom amenities include the latest in-room entertainment technology, allowing guests to access their Hulu, Netflix and YouTube accounts through the HDTV.

Amenities at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Andover include 24-hour fitness center that has doubled in size and includes natural lighting, courtyard views, Peloton bikes and filtered watering stations, a newly refurbished courtyard for seasonal dining and the Bistro restaurant. The newly designed meeting space features three meeting rooms with a combined 1,550 square feet of functional event space.

The Topgolf Swing Suite bays, powered by Full Swing Technology, are ideal for guests looking to improve their golf swing, a fun family outing or an interactive teambuilding experience for groups. Each suite offers lounge seating, HDTVs, and food and beverage service, and games are designed for golfers and non-golfers alike. Each bay hosts up to eight people at a time and is available to rent for business or family gatherings.
