MHG Hotels taps Adache Group Architects for Florida Courtyard

Indianapolis-based MHG Hotels has selected South Florida-based architectural firm Adache Group Architects to design the Hollywood (Fla.) Courtyard by Marriott. The 13-story midrise hotel will take up approximately 137,000 square feet and will include 112 guestrooms. Public spaces will include a swimming pool, a bistro, a bar, a Starbucks Coffee outlet, meeting rooms, a business center and a fitness center. Guestrooms will have microwaves and refrigerators.

“We are excited to announce the submission of the design to the city for their approval; and that construction is anticipated to begin late this year,” said Daniel Adache, CEO of Adache Group Architects. “As the architect of record, we look forward to building an urban oasis in the heart of downtown Hollywood.”

“The stunning new hotel was designed to appeal specifically to Hollywood visitors looking for a truly unique experiential stay,” said Sanjay Patel, founder of MHG Hotels.

Construction is scheduled to begin in December and the project is slated for completion in early 2024.
