Atlanta-based Hotel Equities has been selected as the strategic partner for Kelowna, British Columbia-based Braemar Group to operate six hotels located in British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta.
The hotel portfolio consists of four Choice brand hotels, one Best Western Plus currently open and operating and a TownePlace Suites by Marriott expected to open in Q3.
The combined hotel portfolio has 596 guestrooms, with future development projects in the pipeline.
Hotel Equities recently opened a Canadian office that provides a variety of services, including operations, sales and marketing, revenue management and accounting to support its growth in the market.
