With a development pipeline of nearly 400 properties across multiple segments, IHG Hotels & Resorts continues to expand in the Mexico, Latin America and Caribbean region.

Mexico—IHG’s fifth-largest market globally—is leading regional growth alongside expansion in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Colombia and Peru. The company added more than 4,000 rooms to its MLAC pipeline over the past year.

Additional signings include Hotel Indigo and voco hotels in Mexico City and Holiday Inn properties in Belmopan, Belize, and Montería, Colombia.

Recent openings in Mexico include Garner Mazatlán Beach in Mazatlán’s Cerritos neighborhood, a 118-room beachfront property with ocean and city views, multi-bedroom accommodations and amenities including a pool, gym and direct beach access.

Hotel Indigo Playa del Carmen, in Playa del Carmen, includes 60 guestrooms and incorporates locally inspired design elements. The hotel offers on-site dining and event space. voco Surfside Aruba, located near Queen Beatrix International Airport, has 69 rooms and includes an outdoor pool and restaurant.

Hotel Indigo Bridgetown Barbados, in the Hastings area on Barbados South Coast, offers 132 rooms and suites with ocean views, as well as food and beverage outlets and a rooftop lounge.
