Mondrian debuts its first all-inclusive with the opening of Mondrian Cancun. Set between the Caribbean Sea and Nichupte Lagoon, the 400-room high-rise property is designed as a cultural hub. The resort has open-air spaces and views of the ocean, lagoon and Cancun skyline.
Guestrooms and suites reflect a contemporary aesthetic inspired by the Riviera Maya, with clean architectural lines, neutral materials and private terraces that frame sunrise and sunset views. The resort has 10 dining venues and six bars.
Programming at Mondrian Cancun centers on culture, music, wellness and social experiences, with daily activities that range from fitness and mindfulness to live music and DJ sets. Event spaces include oceanview terraces and indoor venues designed for weddings, conferences and special occasions.
The development also introduces 328 branded residences, marking Mondrian’s first residential project in Mexico. The one- to three-bedroom units are located along Nichupte Lagoon.
A second phase, expected to be announced later this year, will add a spa, expanded fitness center, teens club, steakhouse and Cuban-inspired sunset bar.
