Radisson sets Park Inn next to Philippine 'super-mall'

Radisson Hotel Group is expanding its footprint in the Philippines with the signing of another Park Inn by Radisson.

The 200-room property in Iloilo, developed with SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation, will be the third such hotel in the country when it opens in first quarter. The property will be connected to the SM City Iloilo, a "super-mall" with gross floor area of 1,955,340 square feet.

The Park Inn by Radisson Iloilo will feature a restaurant with a self-serve section for ready-to-eat options, a “living room” concept in the lobby, a gym, a swimming pool, meeting space for 100 guests as well as poolside event space.

The brand currently has 22 hotels in operation and under development.
