Resorts World Las Vegas, Hilton partner on $4.3B resort

Resorts World Las Vegas and Hilton have partnered to bring three Hilton brands together at an upcoming $4.3 billion casino resort. Slated to open in summer 2021, the 3,500-room property will incorporate three Hilton brands: Hilton Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts and Conrad Hotels & Resorts.

The resort will include a 5,000-capacity theater, 350,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, a 220,000-square-foot pool complex, a spa and fitness center and a collection of casual and fine-dining food-and-beverage concepts. It will be a part of Hilton’s loyalty program Hilton Honors.

Genting Berhad is developing Resorts World Las Vegas. The property is under construction with approximately 2,200 construction workers at the 88-acre site each day.

"Our strategic partnership with Resorts World Las Vegas underscores Hilton's commitment to expanding our footprint and portfolio of exceptional properties," Ian Carter, president, global development, architecture, design and construction for Hilton, said in a statement. "This will mark our largest multibrand deal in company history, and we are excited to work with our new partners to create a distinct hotel experience in an unbeatable location for our future guests and Hilton Honors members."
