Hong Kong-based Tang’s Living Group is planning three new openings for the city this year: the Hotel Cozi Resort (soft opening March 15 with grand opening in July), the Hotel Ease Mong Kok and the Minimal Hotel Avenue (both opening in Q3).
The hotels will add 680 guestrooms to the company's portfolio. Currently, Tang’s Living Group operates 13 hotels, guesthouses and co-living spaces.
The Group reported it had a solid 2018, with occupancy rates surpassing 95 percent for all of the hotels and guesthouses under its umbrella.
