Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. has broken ground on the Hampton Inn by Hilton Fort Myers I-75 Gulf Coast Town Center, marking the start of construction on a 115-room hotel in southwest Florida. Construction is anticipated to be completed in summer 2027.

The five-story Hampton Inn will expand lodging accommodations in the Fort Myers market and serve both business and leisure travelers. The property is located near Southwest Florida International Airport and Florida Gulf Coast University. Amenities will include a complimentary hot breakfast, a fully equipped fitness center, and flexible meeting space.

“Hampton Inn is one of Hilton’s most respected and enduring brands, and we are excited to bring this project to a high-growth market like Fort Myers,”  Mitch Patel, founder and CEO of Vision Hospitality Group, said in a statement.

The project reflects continued demand for hospitality accommodations in southwest Florida’s growing tourism and business market.
