Based on a survey of hotel F&B decision-makers, the report explores purchasing budgets, menu development trends, labor concerns and the growing demand for non-alcoholic offerings. It also examines where operators are investing, how they view the year ahead and the strategies they're using to drive revenue and guest engagement.

The results paint a picture of a challenging but rewarding industry: A full 62 percent of respondents said that they were either very satisfied or somewhat satisfied with their work/life balance (despite many working between 50 and 59 hours per week), and a solid majority had been in the industry for between 16 and 20 years—indicating that F&B is seen as a rewarding career rather than a job.

Review the data and discover how your peers are responding to rising costs, evolving consumer preferences and changing operational demands. Whether you're overseeing a single hotel restaurant or a multi-property portfolio, this report provides valuable benchmarking insights to help inform your F&B strategy.
