Our latest round-up of hotel openings features 10 new hotels stretching from Maryland and Florida to California.

South

The Radisson Hotel Atlanta Airport is open in College Park, Ga. The new-construction hotel is located minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and a short drive from downtown Atlanta. It offers 143 guestrooms and suites featuring premium bedding, mini-fridges, smart TVs and access to roomservice. The hotel also features more than 2,500 square feet of flexible event space and a restaurant and bar.

Extended Stay America announced the opening of the Extended Stay America–Titusville–Space Center in Titusville, Florida. The 124-room property features complimentary Wi-Fi, premium cable, a Stayfit fitness room, Stayclean laundry room, and a Stayplay lobby with additional vending options. The rooms include fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerators, stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes as well as pillowtop beds, recliners, workspace and television streaming capabilities.

The 118-suite Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in Franklin, Tennessee, is now open. The all-suite Residence Inn Franklin Berry Farms is owned and managed by Halifax Hospitality. Situated in the historic Berry Farms area of Franklin, the Residence Inn Franklin Berry Farms offers its guests access to the historic Carnton House, the Lotz House Museum, SOAR Adventure Tower, Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge, Crockett Park, Franklin on Foot and The Factory.

South Central

The new 104-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott Amarillo (Texas) West/Medical Center, which is owned and managed by Ram Hotels, is open. The property is located 6 miles from downtown and 15 miles from Rick Husband Amarillo International Airport. The new hotel offers guests convenient access to Cadillac Ranch, Palo Duro Canyon State Park, Don Harrington Discovery Center, Northwest Medical Center and Baptist St. Anthony Hospital.

The TownePlace Suites by Marriott San Antonio Northwest at The RIM has opened its doors. The new 109-suite hotel is owned and managed by Satesh Limited. The hotel is located 15 miles from San Antonio International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown. The new hotel offers guests convenient access to Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The Shops at La Cantera and the University of Texas San Antonio.

West

The Glenmark, Glendale, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel is open in Los Angeles. The first full-service Marriott International hotel in Glendale features 85 guestrooms; signature restaurant Olia; Mila Rooftop Bar; Intelligentsia Coffee Roasters; a lobby bar; a fitness center and 7,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. Hirsch Bedner Associates was tapped to design the hotel. San Diego-based Azul Hospitality Group manages the hotel, which is owned by Michael Tchakmakjian.

The Mar Monte Hotel, part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt brand, is open in Santa Barbara, Calif. The 200-room hotel is situated across the street from East Beach, minutes from downtown Santa Barbara. A reincarnation of the historic 1930s Vista Mar Monte, Mar Monte Hotel has been transformed with modern amenities and design following an extensive renovation project led by Los Angeles-based Beleco. The hotel offers two dining options and 15,000 square feet of meeting and event space.

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants opened the new Kimpton Armory Hotel in downtown Bozeman, Montana. The opening marks the boutique hotel company’s first outpost in Big Sky Country. Located in the heart of downtown Bozeman as an adaptive reuse of a landmark National Guard Armory building, the 122-room hotel offers three dining concepts as well as two venues for live performances, including a concert hall.

Midwest

The 111-suite Residence Inn Detroit Farmington Hills in Michigan has opened its doors. Hamilton Hospitality owns the hotel and Group 10 Management manages it. The all-suites hotel is located near downtown Detroit, Comerica Park, Ford Field, Suburban Showplace, Little Caesars Arena and Twelve Oaks Mall.

Mid-Atlantic

OTO Development, part of The Johnson Group, announced the opening of its newest hotel, Hyatt Place National Harbor. Located within the 350-acre shopping, dining and entertainment destination of National Harbor, Maryland, the 156-room all-suite hotel offers on-site dining, a fitness center and 1,900 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. Contributors to the project include Turner Construction of New York as general contractor and //3877 of Washington, D.C., as architect and interior designer.
