4 TownePlace Suites open in as many weeks

TownePlace Suites by Marriott has opened a hotel for the fourth week in a row. Since the end of July, the upper-midscale brand has debuted locations in Loveland, Colo.; Irving, Texas; Danville, Ill.; and Front Royal, Va.

The 84-key TownePlace Suites by Marriott Front Royal opened in Virginia on Aug. 22. Aikens Group of Winchester, Va., owns and operates the property. Amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, an outdoor patio with a fire pit and laundry facilities. The hotel is located near Skyline Drive, Shenandoah National Park, the Appalachian Trail and the Virginia Beer Museum.

Exactly a week earlier, on Aug. 15, the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Danville debuted in Illinois. Sunrise Hospitality of Fremont, Ohio, owns and manages the 80-suite hotel. It features an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, an outdoor patio with a fire pit, a meeting room and laundry facilities. The property offers guests quick access to downtown Danville, Kickapoo State Park, Turtle Run Golf Club and David S. Palmer Arena.

LodgeCap DFW opened the 119-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott DFW Airport North/Irving on Aug. 7. InterMountain Management of Monroe, La., operates the hotel. The property is located five minutes from the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. The hotel includes four meeting rooms, a full-service bar, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and laundry facilities.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott Loveland Fort Collins opened in downtown Loveland's The Foundry redevelopment on July 31. Brinkman and Colmena Group own the hotel and Concord Hospitality operates it. The 102-key hotel features an indoor pool, a fitness center, about 1,000 square feet of meeting space and laundry facilities. The hotel is located within walking distance of shopping, dining, breweries, entertainment and art galleries.

The extended-stay brand has more than 350 properties across the United States and Canada.
