AmericInn Hotel & Suites New Lisbon opens in Wisconsin

AmericInn is expanding into New Lisbon, Wis., with the addition of a new AmericInn Hotel & Suites at 1702 East Bridge Street, New Lisbon, Wis.

AmericInn Hotel & Suites New Lisbon is a 60-room, three-story conversion that has undergone complete remodeling and renovation, including exterior, public spaces, guestrooms and guest bathrooms. This is the third AmericInn for Lal Patel and Mahesh Patel. The property is located off Interstate 94 in Central Wisconsin.

This AmericInn hotel will have signature AmericInn hospitality concepts and services such as a free AmericInn Perk breakfast with a variety of hot, homestyle breakfast selections, complimentary wireless internet access and a 24-hour coffee bar. The hotel will offer additional AmericInn amenities including indoor pool and spa, Serta Perfect Sleeper beds and the Easy Rewards guest loyalty program.

Recently, AmericInn has signed new properties in DeWitt, Iowa; Burnsville, Minn.; La Crosse, Wis.; Winona, Minn.; Baxter, Minn.; Humboldt, Iowa; Redwood Falls, Minn.; Petoskey, Minn.; Boscobel, Wis.; Long Lake, Minn.; and Denver Airport, Colo.

AmericInn has more than 225 locations currently open or under development in 24 states. AmericInn is part of Northcott Hospitality, owner and developer of franchised hospitality brands for more than 55 years.
