The Sather Hotel Berkeley, part of the SureStay Collection by Best Western, has opened in Berkeley, Calif. A converted Travelodge, the hotel has 32 guestrooms with microwaves and mini-fridges.
The property is a short drive from Berkeley History Center, the University of California Botanical Garden, Tilden Regional Park, Lake Merritt, the Oakland Zoo, Alameda Naval Air Museum and other attractions. The hotel also is close to local business hubs, educational campuses, dining destinations, shopping centers, recreational facilities and transportation modes.
