Best Western opens hotels across U.S., Canada

Best Western Hotels & Resorts has opened several new properties across the U.S. and Canada.

British Columbia, Canada

The newly renovated Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge in Smithers, British Columbia, is the latest hotel to join the BW Premier Collection by Best Western brand. The hotel has 101 guestrooms, including two suites. Public spaces include a 24-hour fitness room and a business center. As the pandemic subsides and conditions improve, the hotel will also provide seasonal sports equipment for guests, as well as access to meeting spaces that can accommodate groups as large as 260 people.

Prestige Hudson Bay Lodge BW Premier Collection is located in northwestern British Columbia, halfway between the cities of Prince Rupert and Prince George.

St. Louis

The Aviator Hotel & Suites in St. Louis is the newest addition to Best Western’s BW Signature Collection brand. The property’s name and design elements pay tribute to St. Louis’ background in aviation firsts. The Aviator Hotels & Suites’ modern and sleek portico resembles the wing of a plane and the lobby lobby has aviation décor and portraits of the city’s honorary flight pioneers.

The hotel’s 143 guestrooms and six suites include executive desks and Keurig coffeemakers, and some rooms have microwaves and minifridges. Public spaces include a fitness center, an indoor pool and a hot tub. Business travelers can use the business center and 10,000 plus square feet of flexible meeting and event space, including smaller rooms designed for use as a hospitality suite, a bridal salon and a boardroom, and larger ballrooms that also can be broken down into smaller spaces.
