Chartwell to open dual-brand Nashville hotel

Chartwell Hospitality has completed its latest hotel development in Nashville, a 172-room dual-brand Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites hotel in Parke West, a mixed-use development in the city's West End neighborhood. The hotels are slated to open in early November.

“We are proud to complete the development of these two new hotels," Chartwell Hospitality EVP Will Schaedle said in a statement. "We think these two hotels, and the overall Parke West development, will be a great new asset for the West End neighborhood. This hotel is very close to Vanderbilt University and some of the city’s top employers. The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites West End will provide both leisure and business travelers with new upscale lodging options.”

The Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites hotel is located at the corner of Murphy Road and West End Avenue, one of the city’s main paths from neighborhoods into downtown. The dual-branded hotel has 172 keys—103 rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn and 69 rooms at the Home2 Suites.

Public spaces include a 10th-floor rooftop pool, a lobby bar and restaurant and approximately 4,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. All properties in the Parke West development will use an underground, 452-space parking garage that Chartwell Hospitality co-developed with GBT Realty. GBT Realty developed the adjacent apartment building and retail spaces within Parke West.
