Dimension Hospitality has opened the 147-suite SpringHill Suites Atlanta Northwest. Targeted toward the growing “bleisure” guest, the property has a full-service bar, indoor pool and fitness center, outdoor patio and fire pit, complimentary Wi-Fi and a daily breakfast buffet.
The hotel was developed by AVR Realty Co. on the campus of the Atlanta Marriott Northwest, which offers 25,000 square feet of multifunction space, including a divisible 11,000-square-foot grand ballroom, outdoor terraces and an event lawn.
Guestrooms combine contemporary style and functionality with separate sleeping and living areas. Public spaces include a grab-and-go market, an executive boardroom, 1,500 square feet of divisible meeting space and a guest laundry.
