Extended Stay America has opened the Extended Stay Premier Suites Boise-Meridian, Idaho. RREAF Holdings developed the property and Aimbridge Hospitality will manage it.
The four-story, 124-room, newly constructed Extended Stay America Premier Suites will have a fitness room, onsite guest laundry and a lobby with additional vending options. All suites include fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes, as well as recliners and a workspace.
The Extended Stay Premier Suites Boise-Meridian is located in Meridian, a suburb of Boise, Idaho, off Interstate I-84, nine miles from Boise Airport. The property is close to Saint Luke’s Medical Center, St. Alphonsus Medical Center, Boise State University and the University of Dubuque.
