Extended Stay America Premier Suites adds Nevada hotel

Extended Stay America has opened the 40th Extended Stay America Premier Suites in the city of Sparks, Nev. Sandpiper Hospitality developed and will manage the property.

The four-story, 144-room, newly constructed Extended Stay America Premier Suites Reno – Sparks has a fitness room, onsite guest laundry, an outside grilling area and a lobby with additional vending options. All suites include fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes. Guestrooms also have recliners and a workspace.

The Extended Stay America Premier Suites Reno – Sparks is a half mile off I-80 and five miles from the Reno-Tahoe Airport. The hotel is also near the Northern Nevada Health System, the University of Nevada Reno, and numerous government agencies.
