Extended Stay America opens Virginia Premier Suites property

Extended Stay America has opened the Extended Stay Premier Suites Fredericksburg, Va. The property was developed and is managed by the owner Kara Hospitality.

The four-story, 92-room, new-build Extended Stay America Premier Suites has a fitness room, an outside grilling area and onsite guest laundry. In addition, the rooms include fully equipped kitchens with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a stovetop, cookware, utensils and dishes.

“We are excited to add another property to our growing Extended Stay Premier Suites portfolio through our relationship with Kara Hospitality,” Mark Williams, managing director, franchise development for ESA said in a statement. “This property will serve the growing demand for extended-stay lodging in Fredericksburg and allow us to provide guests with a clean, comfortable suite with plenty of room, fully equipped kitchens, and onsite laundry to ensure they have what they need for their stay.”

Fredericksburg, Va., is located on the Rappahannock River, south of Washington, D.C., and is known for its Colonial and Civil War history.
