Fifth North American GLō hotel opens in Nashville

Best Western Hotels & Resorts’ upper-midscale brand GLō introduced its fifth North America hotel in Tennessee. The brand’s four other locations are in Asheville, N.C.; DeSoto, Texas; Lexington, Ken.; and Ottawa, Ontario.

“We decided to build GLō Nashville because we felt that the streamlined and contemporary guestrooms, excellent amenities and technology-driven design would appeal to the discerning travelers who visit Nashville every day,” Vishal “Victor” Banker, the hotel's owner, said in a statement. “I am excited to see what the future has in store for GLō.”

The hotel features 93 guestrooms, a large meeting area, communal workspaces and a fitness center. The hotel is minutes from Nashville International Airport and the city’s downtown area.

“Victor Banker and his partners at Music City Hospitality are great to work with,” Mark Zipperer, the president of Pride Hospitality, said in a statement. “We are proud to be managing this outstanding hotel for the group. GLō is an innovative and modern brand and we are excited to present this great product to the Nashville market and our guests.”
