HALL Park Hotel has officially opened its doors, bringing the first Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel to Frisco, Texas. Overlooking Kaleidoscope Park—Frisco’s new six-acre, highly-programmed greenspace—the hotel has art, elevated dining and premium accommodations and event spaces. The property is owned by Dallas-based HALL Group and operated by Coury Hospitality.
HALL Park Hotel has contemporary rooms and 60 apartment-style suites. The property has more than 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, a curated collection of world-class and local contemporary art, an outdoor pool with a rooftop bar, and an expansive patio overlooking the park. Guests can also enjoy a state-of-the-art fitness center, pet-friendly amenities, and Palato Italian Kitchen and Lounge.
Inspired by the Hall family’s love of wine and expert food pairings, Palato Italian Kitchen and Lounge has signature dishes, seasonal menus and house-made pastas. Complementing the regional Italian dishes are an array of craft cocktails and an extensive list of Old and New World wines, including selections from HALL Wines. The restaurant features an exhibition-style kitchen, open-air design, a stone hearth oven, central bar and a spacious outdoor patio. Adjacent to Palato is the Lounge, an intimate space perfect for enjoying happy hours and nightcaps, encompassing an entirely new dining destination in the heart of Frisco.
“When planning our long-term vision for Hall Park, we identified the need for a full-service, upscale boutique hotel in the heart of our new mixed-use development phase,” Craig Hall, chairman and founder of HALL Group, said in a statement. “Great thought went into every detail of the HALL Park Hotel, from the diverse art collection to the food and beverage offerings, and we look forward to welcoming both visitors to Frisco and locals to enjoy all the hotel and the adjacent park have to offer.”
The hotel’s 224 rooms and suites have floor-to-ceiling windows and modern art and décor inspired by the natural beauty and local floral and fauna of North Texas. The property’s 60 suites are located in The Reserve, which encompasses four private floors designed for extended-stay business or leisure travelers and those looking for apartment-style accommodations paired with the unique offerings and services of an Autograph Collection hotel. Each suite has a full kitchenette, private balcony with panoramic views of Kaleidoscope Park, bespoke furnishings, and onsite laundry amenities.
Art enthusiasts are invited to explore HALL Park Hotel's contemporary art collection and enjoy art tours led by an expert team member. The hotel’s 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space houses various works of art, poised to be the perfect art-forward locale for both intimate and large-scale weddings, events and gatherings.
"We are thrilled to introduce HALL Park Hotel to Frisco and the DFW Metroplex," said Paul Coury, CEO and founder of Coury Hospitality. "Partnering with HALL Group is an incredible opportunity, and this hotel will be a sanctuary where guests can immerse themselves in contemporary art from both locally and globally recognized artists. They can also enjoy approachable Italian dining and fine wine, and experience luxury accommodations and amenities. We are excited to bring this unique hospitality experience to life."
HALL Group also owns the HALL Arts Hotel in the Dallas Arts District and the Thompson Palm Springs in California.
