Hotel management company LBA Hospitality has opened the Residence Inn Galveston Island, Texas. The opening is a significant milestone for the company as it represents their first collaboration with the owners of Om Sai Hospitality, an extension of LBA's existing relationship with Details Hotel Group, also co-owners of Om Sai Hospitality.

The Residence Inn Galveston Island has apartment-style studios and one-bedroom suites. Amenities at the pet-friendly hotel include an outdoor pool, fire pits and an onsite bar. Meeting space is available for up to 70 guests. The property is close to UTMB, Shriner's Hospital, Texas A&M and Galveston College.
LBA operates more than 100 hotels.
