LivAway Suites has opened a new extended-stay hotel in Surprise, Ariz., marking the brand's third operating property in the state.
The Surprise opening follows the company's expansion in Arizona, where two additional hotel openings are expected later this year. The hotel offers apartment-style suites equipped with in-room kitchens, private bathrooms and laundry facilities.
The newly opened hotel is located in Arizona's West Valley and provides access to area employers and services, including St. Joseph's Westgate Medical Center, Fry's Marketplace and Glendale Regional Airport. Nearby attractions include spring training venues, golf courses and outdoor recreation opportunities in the White Tank Mountains.
