Just three months after the project was announced, the Park Inn by Radisson Oslo Airport Hotel West has opened in Norway. Radisson Hotel Group's full-service property will serve the second-busiest airport in the Nordic region.
Radisson Hotel Group has the largest portfolio of any international hotel group in the country, with this new hotel taking it to 23 Radisson Blu and Park Inn properties. The company has more than 6,000 rooms open or under development in the country and 60 hotels open across the Nordic region.
Tom Flanagan Karttunen, area SVP for the Nordics at Radisson Hotel Group, said, "In total, we have nine hotels in the city of Oslo and we're excited to further strengthen our position as the leading international hotel group in Norway."
The Park Inn has 233 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, fitness room and 12 meeting and conference rooms.
The Park Inn by Radisson Oslo Airport Hotel West is three kilometers from the airport, and a 20-minute train ride from Oslo city center.
The hotel is operated by Radisson Hospitality AB under an international license agreement.
