The Untitled Nashville Hotel at Bankers Alley has opened in downtown Nashville following a multimillion-dollar renovation and conversion to the Tapestry Collection by Hilton brand.
Owned by Bethesda, Md.-based RLJ Lodging Trust, the 124-room boutique hotel is in the historic Gray & Dudley Hardware Co. building in the city’s Bankers Alley District. The project includes redesigned guestrooms and suites, updated public spaces, new meeting and event venues, wellness amenities and a reimagined food-and-beverage concept.
“The Untitled Nashville Hotel at Bankers Alley is inspired by the lively, creative nature of the city and delivers a uniquely authentic experience for guests,” Levi Seidensticker, general manager, said in a statement. “Our community is celebrated throughout every facet of the hotel, from Southern-inspired cuisine at Gray & Dudley and onsite amenities in partnership with local businesses, to our rotating in-house art galleries spotlighting homegrown artists.”
The Tennessee hotel has 124 guestrooms, including 14 suites. Accommodations range from rooftop terrace suites with private balconies to a wellness-focused suite equipped with an in-room Peloton bike and a 1,744-sq.-foot penthouse suite featuring a wraparound terrace. Guestrooms incorporate preserved architectural elements from the historic building alongside updated furnishings and artwork.
Amenities include a fitness center, yoga programming led by local instructors, IV therapy services and access to nearby outdoor recreation areas, including the Cumberland River Greenway and Riverfront Park.
The hotel’s restaurant, Gray & Dudley, has been repositioned as a cocktail-focused dining venue serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Art programming is central to the property’s positioning, with rotating exhibitions featuring artists from Tennessee and the broader Southern region. Curated by Anna McKeown, the galleries will rotate twice annually and will be accessible to both hotel guests and local residents through tours, receptions, workshops and other events.
The property is also introducing a Listening Lounge developed in partnership with Third Man Records, the Nashville-based record label founded by Jack White. The space will have vinyl selections, recorded performances, artist interviews and music-related programming, as well as retail merchandise and periodic activations.
For meetings and events, the hotel offers more than 10,000 square feet of space across seven venues, including gallery-style meeting rooms, private dining areas, a boardroom and a rooftop terrace. The largest venue can accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated dinner or 200 attendees for a reception.
