Rentyl adds Spectrum Resort Orlando to Ascend Hotel Collection

Rentyl Resorts has secured an agreement with Choice Hotels to add Spectrum Resort Orlando to its Ascend Hotel Collection. Both companies will market the resort and accept website reservations  starting Sept. 1.

“Because of the high standards of the Rentyl Resorts brand, Choice approved the partnership with no changes to our property,” Nicholas Falcone, CEO and founder of Rentyl Resorts, said in a statement. “We are excited to provide a comfortable resort-style home at Spectrum through our partnership.”

The condominiums and townhouses at Spectrum Resort Orlando have three to five bedrooms that sleep eight to 12 people. Every unit has a full kitchen, laundry machines, bathroom linen service and other features. Guests have transportation to local theme parks and can access onsite amenities such as golf courses, a full spa, a clubhouse with a communal pool, restaurants, and in-home experiences.

Ascend-affiliated properties are known for creating boutique hotel experiences that capture the local flavor of their locations and are decorated in tasteful, authentic styles. Spectrum Resort Orlando will have the largest number of accommodations in the collection based on bedroom count.

“We're excited to welcome Spectrum Resort Orlando to the Ascend Hotel Collection as we continue to thoughtfully expand Choice’s upscale offerings in key vacation destinations including Orlando," said Alexandra Coleman, vice president, upscale brand management at Choice Hotels. "The hotel will provide a boutique resort experience for families to enjoy local attractions, unwind at the spa, play a round of golf, take a dip at the pool, or dine at the great restaurants. We look forward to working with the Spectrum team on this hotel and hopefully more in the future."
