Sam Nazarian, Wyndham open first HQ Hotel and Residences

HQ Hotels & Residences, the hospitality brand spearheaded by Sam Nazarian through an alliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' Registry Collection Hotels brand, has opened its debut resort: Hodges Bay Resort and Spa, a HQ Luxury Resort and Residences in Northern Antigua.

Concepts include the debut of Katsuya Beach by Chef Katsuya Uechi and Hecho Libre by Chef Wes Avila, as well as the return of day-nightlife and dining establishment XIV Beach Club.

The Resort

Covering eight acres, Hodges Bay Resort & Spa has 79 accommodations including suites, rooftop penthouses with private infinity pools, residences and oceanfront villas. The property opened in 2019.

Hodges Bay also has one-, two- and three-bedroom residences with outdoor patios and fully equipped kitchens.

HQ Hotels plans to open 50 hotels globally by 2031, 50 percent of which will be stateside. Through a strategic alliance with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, all HQ Hotels are also part of the Registry Collection Hotels brand.
