Hotel management firm Sunridge Hotel Group has opened the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Thatcher, Ariz.
The 69-suite property—located on West Highway 70—is owned by Gila Valley Hospitality and managed by Mesa, Ariz.-based Sunridge Hotel Group. The new-build extended-stay property is located near demand drivers including Eastern Arizona College, the Eastern Arizona College Fine Arts Center, Graham County Fairgrounds, the Gila Valley Arizona Temple and regional employment centers such as the Freeport-McMoRan mining operations.

The property features 69 studio and one-bedroom suites with full kitchens, separate living and working areas and extended-stay design elements. Guest amenities include electric vehicle charging stations, a fitness center, outdoor patio with fire pit and grills, guest laundry facilities and complimentary breakfast.
