Vision Hospitality Group, Inc., The Georgetown Company, and RocaPoint Partners opened the Element Atlanta Perimeter Center. The145-room hotel stands as a flagship addition to Campus 244, an adaptive-reuse development in Atlanta's Central Perimeter submarket. This project, designed with innovation, wellness and sustainability in mind, integrates 400,000 square feet of Class A workspace alongside restaurants, bars, and extensive greenspace, on a walkable 12-acre campus.
The hotel has eco-friendly amenities, such as electric car charging stations and advanced water filtration systems, reflecting the Element brand's focus on sustainable, outdoor-inspired environments. The guestrooms are spacious rooms with in-room kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, and the signature Heavenly Beds. In addition to wellness-focused amenities, the Element Atlanta Perimeter Center has two unique F&B venues. Stäge Kitchen & Bar, the first in the metro Atlanta area, is an upscale eatery, while Spruce Social House is a lobby bar.

Campus 244, developed by The Georgetown Company and RocaPoint Partners, has already attracted leading companies to its spaces, with over 340,000 square feet of space leased to major brands. Current tenants include Transportation Insight, a leading transportation logistics firm; Insight Global, a top technology-focused staffing agency; and CT Cantina & Taqueria, a casual Mexican eatery.
