Kennewick, Wash.-based hotel management and development company A-1 Hospitality Group has secured new management contracts on the Hampton Inn by Hilton Seattle Airport and the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seattle Sea-Tac Airport. Both properties are owned by Airport Investment Co. of Seattle.
“We are thrilled to expand our managed asset portfolio footprint by entering the Sea-Tac market,” Taran Patel, managing principal, A-1 Hospitality Group, said in a statement. “A-1 Hospitality Group is dedicated to supporting our owners and we see significant opportunity for these properties as we implement our operations infrastructure to drive demand and growth.”
The Hampton by Hilton Seattle Airport has an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a business center and 576 square feet of meeting space. The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Seattle Sea-Tac Airport is undergoing a renovation and has an outdoor swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, a business center and a complimentary airport shuttle.
Both properties are close to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, the iconic Space Needle, Pike Place Market, the Museum of Pop Culture, Alki Beach and downtown Seattle.
