3 properties change management

A Margaritaville in Nashville, a Four Points by Sheraton in North Carolina and a Red Roof PLUS+ in New York recently changed management. 

Davidson Hotels & Resorts

Safe Harbor Development chose Davidson Hotels & Resorts to operate the Margaritaville Hotel Nashville. The Atlanta-based management group’s management portfolio includes more than 13,000 rooms across 45 hotels, including the Margaritaville Hollywood (Fla.) Beach Resort.

Opening the later this year, the 217-room hotel will include more than 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, a rooftop deck with a pool, a 24-hour fitness center and two new Margaritaville dining concepts, JWB Grill and Fins Bar. The hotel will be located in Nashville’s South of Broadway neighborhood, near the Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena and Music City Center.

Hotel Equities

In Huntersville, N.C., Lake Norman NIA appointed Hotel Equities the third-party operator for its recently acquired Four Points by Sheraton Charlotte Lake Norman in Huntersville, N.C. The property marks Hotel Equities’ 10th Four Points by Sheraton-branded property in its portfolio. The Atlanta-based owner, operator and developer currently manages more than 140 hotels throughout North America. Lake Norman NIA is a joint venture between Virginia-based TLTsolutions and North Carolina-based Second Line Investments (in association with The Calhoun Group Realty).

The hotel features more than 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a restaurant, a 24-hour fitness center and an indoor pool. It is located less than half an hour from downtown Charlotte, N.C., and Charlotte Douglas International Airport.

Paramount Hotel Group

Paramount Hotel Group will take over management for the Red Roof Plus+ Long Island - Garden City in Westbury, N.Y. This represents Paramount’s sixth new management agreement in 90 days. The 163-room hotel, recently acquired by a subsidiary of the Beechwood Organization, just finished a complete renovation of all its guestrooms and public spaces.
