A-1 Hospitality to manage Texas Homewood Suites

Kennewick, Wash.-based hotel management and development company A-1 Hospitality Group has acquired the management contract for the Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels, a 90-suite property in New Braunfels, Texas. 

The hotel is the third addition into the A-1 Hospitality Group portfolio this year. The company previously opened the Courtyard by Marriott in Pasco, Wash., in February, as well as the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in The Dalles, Ore., in April.
 
“We are extremely excited to undertake the operations of the Homewood Suites by Hilton New Braunfels,” said Taran Patel, managing principal of A-1 Hospitality. “For A-1 Hospitality Group, this will be our first hotel outside of the Pacific Northwest area and we look forward to the next chapter in our growth.”

The hotel has one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites with full kitchens and separate living and sleeping areas. The hotel also provides a complimentary daily hot breakfast as well as an evening social Monday through Thursday. Additional amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a patio with a fire pit and barbecue grills, a basketball court, a fitness center and 600 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate up to 60 people.
