Aimbridge adds 4 hotels to management portfolio

Third-party hotel management company Aimbridge Hospitality has been awarded management of several hotels around the country during the past several weeks.

  • Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort: Located 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, the hotel has 584 guestrooms. Boxer Resorts, a company of Boxer Property Management Corp., will continue to asset manage the property. The property features eight pools, a golf course, several bars and restaurants and 39,018 square feet of meeting and event space.
  • Hilton Boston/Woburn: The 344-room hotel is owned by a partnership between Rubicon Cos. and The Davis Cos. The property boasts more than 11,600 square feet of event space and 13 flexible, functional meeting rooms, including a Grand Ballroom. The hotel also features an on-site restaurant, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, free indoor/outdoor parking, pet-friendly rooms, an executive lounge, a concierge and roomservice.
  • The Diplomat Beach Resort: The 1,000-key hotel in Hollywood, Fla., recently underwent a $100 million renovation. The Diplomat features a 200,000-square-foot convention center, two pools, a spa and fitness center and a marina. Brookfield Properties owns the hotel.
  • Sheraton Gunter Hotel San Antonio: Evolution Hospitality, the lifestyle division of Aimbridge, will manage the hotel. Axle Cos. a privately owned real estate investment firm, owns the hotel, which features 322 guestrooms and seven suites. The Gunter Hotel dates back to 1909 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The hotel is a six-minute walk from the Alamo and two blocks from the San Antonio Riverwalk. The property features more than 20,000 square feet of event space, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a fitness center, complimentary Wi-Fi, valet parking, a full-service business center, a restaurant and a bar.
