Aimbridge Hospitality adds hotel, two resorts

Aimbridge Hospitality has added two new resorts and a large-scale hotel to its full-service division. The properties, owned by a group led by Florida hotelier Kiran Patel, bring 1,269 keys under Aimbridge management.

“Welcoming these three exceptional destination properties to the growing footprint of the Aimbridge full-service division is reflective of how our operating divisions have resonated with the industry and delivers results for our owners,” Rob Smith, divisional president, Aimbridge Full Service, said in a statement. “Our full-service division’s operational expertise and specialized focus on managing complex, large-scale assets will allow us to bring immense value to the properties and drive outsized returns for ownership.”

The Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort and Spa in Tucson, Ariz., covers 80 acres in Arizona's Sonoran Desert and is located near Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park and Tucson Mall. Originally built as a hacienda-style family home in 1912, the resort and spa has 241 rooms.

The Wyndham Grand Pittsburgh Downtown is in the city center and has 712 rooms, two full-service bars and a restaurant. Heinz Field (home of the Pittsburgh Steelers) and the Andy Warhol Museum are within a five-minute drive of the hotel.

Dolce Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colo., is a 316-room hotel with a spa, access to golf and a private beach. The resort and spa is situated near Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center and is less than 10 miles away from Cheyenne Mountain State Park.
