Aimbridge Hospitality is set to manage five Marriott properties recently acquired by Three Wall Capital, expanding a growing portfolio owned by the hotel investment group.
Located in the Phoenix and Fort Lauderdale, Fla., metros and totaling 642 keys, the five properties will be managed through Aimbridge’s Select Service Division. Aimbridge is now responsible for the management of nearly 80 extended-stay, select-service and full-service properties owned by TWC, continuing a partnership first established in 2019.
The properties are:
- Residence Inn Phoenix Glendale Sports & Entertainment District in Glendale, Ariz.
- Springhill Suites Phoenix Glendale Sports & Entertainment District in Glendale, Ariz.
- Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale Plantation in Plantation, Fla.
- Residence Inn Fort Lauderdale SW Miramar in Miramar, Fla.
- Courtyard Fort Lauderdale SW Miramar in Miramar, Fla.
