Aligned Hospitality Management has expanded its presence in Arizona by adding two properties to its portfolio. With these portfolio additions, Aligned manages nearly 20 properties across various markets.
The first property, Wingate by Wyndham Chandler/Phoenix in Chandler, Ariz., has 64 keys and is close to Tempe Diablo Stadium, the spring training home of the Los Angeles Angels. The property is also near several casinos, 11 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 22 miles from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The second addition is the dual-branded Motel 6/Studio 6 in Willcox, Ariz. Perched at 4,167 feet, the property has 93 guestrooms and mountain views. It's close to various dining venues, shopping spots, and historical attractions such as the Chiricahua National Monument, Willcox Commercial Hotel and The Toggery.
