Aligned Hospitality Management expands its presence in southern Arizona with the addition of La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham NW Tucson Marana in Tucson, bringing its total portfolio to 21 properties.
The management contract was secured due to a referral from a local broker who had seen Aligned Hospitality Management’s results for other clients.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham NW Tucson Marana, owned by Yogi Investment Corp., has 65 guestrooms. Amenities include BBQ grills, a business center and a fitness center. The property is close to downtown Tucson and Phoenix via I-10 and is 20 miles north of Tucson International Airport. It also is close to the University of Arizona, Saguaro National Park, the Tucson Convention Center and Casino Del Sol.
